Job summary

Lockwood Packing Company in Lockwood, MO is hiring for a Processing Team Member in the Raw Production Department. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour, full-time position, four 10-hour shifts per week, with on-the-job training available.

You'll weigh, batch, grind and mix ingredients, operate grinders and mixers, and help keep production records. We value dependable attendance, a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions in a safety-focused environment.

Lockwood Packing Company is hiring dependable team members to join our Raw Production Department. As a Processing Team Member, you'll help prepare the ingredients used to produce our snack stick products by weighing, batching, grinding, and mixing raw materials in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
• Work in refrigerated production areas (35°F-45°F)
• Work around food processing equipment, raw meat products, spices, and seasonings
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Typical schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week
• Overtime may be available based on production needs
• Work schedules may vary based on staffing and production demands
