We are seeking a dedicated 1st shift Machine Operator who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our production team. This role involves a variety of essential floor duties to ensure our meat processing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Load raw materials, such as whole pork loins weighing approximately 15-20 lbs, onto cart screens.
• Organize product-filled screens onto carts to prepare them for the next stage of production.
• Help maintain an organized workflow by placing metal sticks holding raw sausage onto racks.
• Efficiently package raw items into boxes for storage or shipment.
• Empty boxes of raw product into combos to support continuous processing operations.
• Open vacuum-sealed packaging containing raw meat to prepare it for handling.
• Accurately weigh products using scales, which requires the ability to lift over 30 lbs.
• Place items like hams and head cheese into molds to ensure proper shaping.
• Stack boxes onto pallets to help streamline our logistics and shipping process.
• Operate a pallet jack to safely move heavy pallets throughout the facility.
• Transport carts and stainless steel containers filled with raw materials to the cooler to maintain product quality.
• Perform various additional tasks as needed to support overall production goals.
