Job summary

Western Smokehouse Partners, LLC is hiring a fulltime Processing Team Member to produce raw meat products, from receiving through cooking and packaging, in a refrigerated environment. You will perform batch weighing, mixing, stuffing, and linking per formulas while documenting with Vista Trac and ensuring QA and USDA compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols; lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long shifts, and manual operations are routine.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or food processing experience.
• Ability to read batch recipes and SOPs.
• Familiarity with Vista Trac inventory system preferred.
• Lift 50+ lbs and work in a refrigerated/cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks: receiving, grinding, mixing, stuffing, linking, cooking, and documenting to meet specs and QA standards.
• Inspect and weigh ingredients; set up, operate, and adjust equipment for batch requirements.
• Label, tag, and ensure correct product names, flavors, and codes; verify labels for compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety rules.
