Job summary

Landmark Snacks in Beatrice, NE is seeking a Weekend Raw Team Member to prepare meat and seasoning, load materials, and operate grinders and meat extruders following SOPs to produce snack sticks and bars.

You will document weights, temperatures, and measurements to ensure high quality, and transport sticks weighing up to 20–30 lbs. The role requires adherence to safety rules and a clean, cold production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish.
• Sufficient written communication and reading skills.
• Ability to operate or to quickly learn equipment (grinder, extruder).
• Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to assess products for quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meat and seasoning for processing of meat sticks.
• Loads materials, supplies, and finished goods manually or with hand racks.
• Operates equipment (grinder, meat extruder) and makes minor adjustments.
• Documents weights, temperatures and measurements to ensure quality.
• Puts meat sticks onto a railing, transports sticks weighing up to 20 - 30 lbs overhead.
• Ensures ingredients match recipe and expedites product per schedule.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety per SOPs and GMPs.
