Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license preferred but not required (higher pay if qualified).
• Production environment experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Trim and cut meat to required specifications.
• Season raw meat with spices and marinades.
• Rack products for storage and transport.
• Follow meat product schedule to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain proper product rotation for freshness.
• Understand HACCP plans and food safety policies.
• Keep work area clean and compliant with GMPs.
• Record weights, batch numbers, and seasonings on Raw Sheet.
