Job summary

The ideal candidate will have basic data entry skills, forklift certification, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Spanish language skills are a plus, and safety always comes first.

Qualifications

• Understanding of food safety rules, policies, and procedures.

• Excellent communication and collaboration in fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety standards to maintain a zero-accident culture on the production floor.
• Operate robotic palletizers and production equipment, ensuring proper programming for new products and specs.
• Accurately track and enter pallet data into data collection systems and maintain inventory logs.
• Review production schedules, move pallets from production to the warehouse, and stage materials for next shift.
• Ensure labeling and barcoding are correct and address packaging quality issues.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and well maintained.
