Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Hickory, NC seeks a Territory Business Manager focused on rare disease to drive growth in a defined GI/Hepatology territory.

You will develop and execute territory plans, build relationships with physicians, and present clinically focused value stories that support product uptake. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing regional data, managing budgets, and traveling as needed to meet customers and compliance standards in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology sales experience or rare disease preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing a territory plan.
• Establish professional relationships with physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, Market Access, Medical and Marketing.
• Use data tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decision‑making.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage budget.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and ensure compliant selling.
• Participate in training and development programs.
