Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Lancaster, PA seeks a Pharmaceutical Territory Business Manager to drive rare disease GI/Hepatology sales. You will develop territory plans, engage gastroenterologists, and communicate therapeutic value with clinical presentations.

The role requires 5+ years pharma sales, a life sciences degree, autonomy, and the ability to travel. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to launching a new product within a compliant framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in GI/Hepatology sales or rare disease preferred.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex science and communicate clearly.
• Self-motivated with high autonomy.
• Strong analytical skills with CRM and data tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Establish relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Sell in a complex, matrixed environment through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Identify key influencers and manage customer interactions per plan.
• Use data tools and insights to define sales strategies.
• Deliver high-impact, clinically focused presentations.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Travel as needed to cover Lancaster geography.
