Job summary

Syneos Health in Greenville, SC is seeking a Territory Business Manager for a rare disease GI/Hepatology launch. You will develop territory business plans, identify key physicians, and drive pull-through with clinically focused presentations.

The role requires 5+ years pharma sales, GI/Hepatology experience preferred, strong analytical skills, CRM/AI proficiency, and the ability to travel as needed. You will collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical and Marketing teams to achieve ambitious

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred
• Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments
• Must be self-motivated with autonomy and independence

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated plan
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians
• Succeed in a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional teams
• Work with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decisions
• Demonstrate account-based selling and plan regular territory coverage
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks on time
