Job summary

Palvella Therapeutics seeks a Rare Disease Specialist to launch and grow our first marketed product within the assigned geography, engaging with specialty offices, institutions, and vascular centers with scientific messaging and patient access support.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5 years in rare disease or biotech/pharmaceutical sales; startup experience is a plus. Up to 50% travel. Palvella is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of successful rare disease or related biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Launch and promote Palvella’s first marketed product to targeted specialty customers.
• Develop and execute a geography business plan to expand access and adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies.
• Build deep product and disease knowledge to drive appropriate use and access.
