Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Community Development Manager for the East—New England to drive rare disease sales, optimize patient care pathways, and expand formulary access. The role focuses on engaging prescribers, leveraging digital leads for undiagnosed patients, and co-creating customer value plans with the CSAD.

Travel to accounts will be required, with a focus on collaboration and execution. The position offers remote work options with regional responsibility in a high-growth, AI-powered biopharma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in rare diseases or specialized therapeutic areas.
• Strategic sales thinker with ability to analyze complex market situations and develop innovative solutions to drive sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and executive presence.
• Digital literacy and digital-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute account plans across 5 therapeutic areas and 7 brands.
• Educate healthcare providers on the benefits of the full Sanofi RD portfolio.
• Develop deep scientific understanding of xLSDs and Sanofi offerings.
• Educate on diagnosis pathways, tests, and free testing programs.
• Collaborate with Sanofi teams across functions.
• Travel as needed to assigned accounts and regions.
