Job summary

Sanofi in the United States is seeking a Community Development Manager for the West Northern California region. This remote role focuses on growing the rare disease business, expanding physician engagement, and driving patient access through digital leads and education.

You will work with the Commercial Strategic Account Director to develop value plans, meet sales targets, and collaborate across functions to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and drive growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to provide disease awareness, product knowledge, and referral support.
• Proactively identify and pursue potential patient opportunities through strategic prospecting methods.
• Responsible for 5 therapeutic areas and 7 brands.
• Build and execute against clear account plans.
• Achieve and exceed patient sales targets.
• Cultivate and maintain a diverse network of healthcare providers.
• Educate targeted healthcare providers on the benefits of the Sanofi RD portfolio and testing programs.
• Build awareness of signs and symptoms of lysosomal storage disorders.
• Educate on diagnosis pathway, tests, and free testing programs.
• Educate on product administration and adherence.
• Support referral network to manage treatments by directing to right specialists.
• Convey complex clinical and reimbursement information to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sanofi team members across functions.
• Travel as needed to assigned accounts and regions.
