Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Specialty Development Executive, Rare Disease to join our team serving the Northern Florida region. You will sell laboratory testing services to genetics providers, neurologists, cardiologists and other specialists, and build a robust pipeline.

The role requires 5+ years of medical outside sales, strong relationship-building within hospital systems, and the ability to travel up to 50% while maintaining impact across local labs and hospitals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of medical outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; rare disease exposure valued.
• 1+ year of Rare disease experience and hospital relationships.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work in the Northern Florida territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell laboratory testing services to clinicians and healthcare executives in Rare Disease space.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and grow territory revenue.
• Develop and update annual business plan with quarterly reviews.
• Forecast sales and manage a 90-day opportunity funnel.
• Collaborate with Labcorp teams and attend trade shows as needed.
• Maintain CRM data (Salesforce) and provide customer support.
