Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is launching a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team and seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive sales in an assigned geography. The TBM will develop and execute strategic territory plans, cultivate relationships with gastro/hepato specialists, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
7+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the designated territory.
Experience launching products in a competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed sales goals within an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Identify key influencers and manage customer interactions to meet expectations.
Utilize data tools and insights to tailor strategies and drive business decisions.
