Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead rare disease GI/Hepatology sales in the Los Angeles area. You will develop and execute territory strategies, build relationships with physicians, and drive results within a compliant framework.

The role requires strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and ability to navigate a matrix organization. Base salary and potential bonuses reflect performance and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to learn complex scientific information.
• Must be self-motivated with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing a territory plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians.
• Succeed in a complex matrix selling environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and Operations.
• Use data tools to determine strategies for business decision-making.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage the territory budget.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and comply with policies.
