Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is hiring a Territory Business Manager for a Rare Disease GI/Hepatology launch in Bolingbrook, IL. You will develop and execute territory plans, engage with physicians, and drive sales in a compliant, ethical manner.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, 3+ years in GI/Hepatology, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel and potential incentives/bonus are included as per company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in the assigned territory with an integrated plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new opportunities.
• Collaborate in a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional teams.
• Identify key influencers and manage top customers.
• Use data insights to guide strategies and business decisions.
• Plan territory activity and ensure regular coverage.
• Manage territory budget for sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Support the company’s DSE and brand strategy within the territory.
• Travel as needed with a valid driver’s license.
