Job summary

Syneos Health in Naperville, IL seeks a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease to drive sales in GI/Hepatology. The TBM will develop territory strategies, build relationships with physicians, and deliver clinically focused presentations to communicate therapeutic value while adhering to compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing.
• Use data tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Plan territory coverage and manage budget for sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and comply with policies.
