Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is launching a brand new rare disease GI/Hepatology team and is seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM). This role is essential for achieving sales goals within an assigned territory while maintaining compliance and ethics.

The TBM will develop territory strategies and evaluate market data to implement business plans. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in GI/Hepatology, with a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy and tactics in assigned area.
