Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to launch a rare disease GI/Hepatology product in Providence, RI. You will develop territory strategies, engage gastroenterologists and hepatologists, and deliver clinically focused presentations to drive pull-through and achieve sales goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of pharma sales experience, including rare disease or GI/Hepatology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience or rare disease preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales performance track record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted GI/Hepatology physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Access and Medical.
• Utilize data tools and insights to guide strategies and decisions.
• Plan activities ensuring regular territory coverage and manage budget.
• Complete administrative tasks and comply with all policies.
