Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology/rare disease sales experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with autonomy; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with AI and Microsoft Office; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Ops teams.
• Use data tools and insights to guide strategy and tactics.
• Plan territory coverage and manage budget; complete admin tasks.
• Execute brand strategy and participate in training programs.
