Job summary

Syneos Health in Charleston, SC is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease to launch a new GI/Hepatology product. You will develop territory plans, build relationships with physicians, and drive sales while adhering to compliance standards.

Your background includes 5+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, GI/Hepatology experience, and strong analytical and presentation skills to communicate therapeutic value and enable market access teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related field required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in territory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals within assigned territory by executing an integrated plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Use data tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Plan activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory and manage budget.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
