Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Territory Business Manager for a rare disease GI/hepatology launch in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. You will drive territory strategy, build relationships with physicians, and communicate therapeutic value through data-driven presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology or rare disease sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals in assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Succeed in a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for business decisions.
