Job summary

RARE Italian in Fort Collins, CO seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and financial accountabilities. The AGM will help with staff development, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and sales analysis while maintaining a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere for guests.

The ideal candidate combines leadership, wine knowledge, and hospitality with strong teamwork to drive exceptional service on a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience with wine service, pairings, and bar operations is a plus.
• A love of good food and a desire to expand culinary knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and exceptional teamwork abilities.
• Welcoming demeanor with hospitality to guests and staff.
• Working knowledge of Aloha, HotSchedules, and Microsoft Office.

We are in search of an Assistant General Manager to join our team. Our AGM will assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, such as staff development, scheduling, and financial accountabilities (including payroll, accounts payable, inventory, and sales analysis). Aside from the day-to-day operations, our AGM will enjoy being an active part of a fun and welcoming dining experience for each of our guests.

Requirements
