Your Role with the Company:

The Assistant General Manager assists in managing all operations of the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the General Manager in leading daily front-of-house operations and ensuring a warm, polished, and welcoming guest experience
• Serve as a visible floor leader during service, providing guidance, coaching, and real-time support to the dining room team
• Lead pre-shift lineups and ongoing staff education focused on service standards, Italian cuisine, wine, allergens, and menu knowledge
• Uphold and continually elevate hospitality standards while proactively addressing guest needs and resolving service concerns
• Maintain clear communication and strong collaboration between the dining room, kitchen, private events, and management teams
• Assist with financial oversight, labor management, administrative responsibilities, and other operational priorities
• Participate in weekly management meetings and help cultivate an inclusive, accountable, and positive team culture

Your Qualifications:

• 2+ years as an Assistant General Manager for a high volume ($4M+) upscale or fine dining restaurant
• Confident and composed floor presence, with the ability to lead, coach, and support the dining room team throughout service
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across front-of-house, culinary, events, and management teams
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine, with enthusiasm for continued education and professional growth
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of maintaining service standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
