Job summary

RealPage in Richardson, Texas, seeks a Risk Assessment & Recovery Analysis (RARA) Manager to lead a team of problem solvers delivering risk assessments for RealPage customers. You will guide project delivery, partner with multiple business units, and ensure on-time, high-quality client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a business/tech/finance background, 5+ years in analytical or PM roles, and 2+ years of leadership, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or financial related field
• 5+ years’ experience in Business Analyst or Project Manager type role
• 2+ years success in a team leadership role
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in multifamily real estate consulting or customer facing technology deployments
• Experience with data management, performance metrics, and analytical tools
• Understanding of RealPage product families, dependencies, and integrations
• Understanding of standardized software deployment tools and methodologies
• Ability to engage and lead conversation with customer stakeholders and decision makers
• Travel Required up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team in creating, planning, managing and delivering Risk Assessments & Recovery Analysis (RARA)
• Engage with leaders across RealPage Business Units and Professional Services teams
• Lead portfolio customer engagements and drive performance of the team
• Partner with Engagement Management for input on larger implementation plans
• Create and manage processes and deliverables to drive efficiency
• Drive customer satisfaction and remove friction points
• Support go-live activities and training for solution integration
• Manage assignment of new clients balancing utilization and cost
• Own team development and build strong relationships
• Facilitate weekly 1:1 meetings with RARA BA’s and CA’s
