Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is looking for a Risk Assessment & Recovery Analysis (RARA) Manager to build and lead a team of problem solvers delivering risk assessments and recovery analyses for RealPage clients.

You will partner with leaders across business units and professional services, drive customer satisfaction, manage engagements and ensure on-time delivery while developing teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or finance-related field.
• 5+ years in Business Analyst or Project Manager type role.
• 2+ years in a team leadership role.
• 2+ years in multifamily real estate consulting or customer-facing deployments.
• Experience with data management, performance metrics, and analytical tools.
• Understanding of RealPage product families, dependencies, and integrations.
• Ability to engage with customer stakeholders and decision makers.
• Travel required up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team to deliver Risk Assessments & Recovery Analyses that strengthen customer partnerships.
• Engage with leaders across RealPage units to align customer-facing activities.
• Lead portfolio engagements and drive performance, including health, timelines and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Engagement Management for client delivery and project plans.
• Create processes and deliverables to translate RARA insights to internal partners.
• Drive customer satisfaction by identifying challenges and removing friction.
• Plan go-live activities for solution integration, including training and ongoing support.
• Manage new client assignments with capacity planning and cost control.
• Own team development and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Facilitate weekly 1:1s to stay aligned with team needs.
