Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience.
• BSN strongly preferred; willing to complete BSN within 5 years of hire date.
• Proficiency with the EPIC EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Assist in assessing and stabilizing patients and communicating with physicians.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to coordinate care decisions.
• Provide clear education to patients and families; document in EMR.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and promote smooth transitions.
