Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing and current BLS.
• ACLS Certification required.
• At least 1 year acute care experience preferred.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• EMR experience with EPIC considered a plus; Emergency or Telemetry exposure valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Provide safe medications, treatments, and hands-on nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for care decisions.
• Educate patients and families to ensure understanding of next care steps.
• Document accurately in the EMR to promote continuity and safety.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and support teamwork.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and program opportunities.
