Qualifications

• Requires ASN or Nursing Diploma and active New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum 2 years critical care experience; ED preferred.
• BLS through the American Heart Association upon hire; ACLS and PALS within 6 months for ED.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes, intervening appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, with strong clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families to ensure understanding and preparedness for next care steps.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record to support continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to enhance communication and transitions of care.
