Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a Reservation Sales & Rapid Response Agent to serve as the primary voice for guests, converting inquiries into room, dining, and activity reservations. You will provide a seamless booking experience, while maximizing resort revenue and maintaining precise booking documentation.

The role requires handling a high volume of inquiries, communicating rates and packages, and collaborating with Group Reservation Coordinators as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic math for totals and discounts.
• Ability to quickly learn resort software.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inquiries and convert to reservations.
• Convey rate and package information to guests.
• Maintain accurate itineraries and booking details.
• Perform clerical duties and follow up to confirm guest details.
• Assist Group Reservation Coordinators with overflow tasks.
• Engage in ongoing training with PMS and booking software.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
