The role requires professional etiquette, strong communication, and fast problem-solving in a busy hospitality environment. You will use PMS and resort software, document itineraries, and collaborate with groups to ensure seamless bookings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1/2 year to 1 year call center or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to perform basic math for pricing and totals.
• Proficiency with MS Office and quick learning of resort software.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inquiries and convert to reservations.
• Convey rate and package information to protect revenue.
• Document amenity bookings for accurate itineraries.
• Perform clerical duties and follow-up to confirm details.
• Collaborate with Group Reservation Coordinators to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
