Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Group Sales Coordinator at Horseshoe Bay Resort to be the engine room of the Sales team, turning leads into unforgettable group experiences with Texas hospitality.

You will qualify leads, build proposals, coordinate on-site tours, and support managers to close deals, while maintaining organization and accurate documentation for a seamless sales process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; English proficiency
• Experience with Delphi or event management software is a plus
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Able to walk the resort, ascend/descend stairs, and reach items in a cabinet

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and distribute to maintain revenue flow.
• Use Delphi and proposal software to build proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate on-property tours for potential clients to showcase the resort.
• Support on-property and remote managers to close deals.
• Manage the department's shared drive and proofread high-level projects.
• Process invoices for the Sales & Marketing team.
