Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; English proficiency required.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite; Delphi or event management software a plus.
• Neat and pleasant appearance; professional demeanor.
• Ability to walk the resort, stairs, and access storage as part of daily routine.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification for new business and distribute opportunities to keep revenue flowing.
• Use Delphi/event management software to build proposals and manage contracts.
• Coordinate on-property site tours to showcase the resort to potential clients.
• Support both on-property and remote managers to help close deals.
• Proofread high-level projects and manage the department’s shared drive.
• Process invoices for the Sales & Marketing team.
