• Dispatch calls to police, fire, and public works; coordinate multi-unit responses.
• Enter and retrieve information from NCIC and other systems; ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in training new hires on 911 emergency and non-emergency call handling.
• Perform related clerical duties and maintain department records and logs.
