Qualifications

• 1+ year in admin, office, or customer service preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, crews, and internal teams.
• Track and update job progress daily (no gaps, no guessing).
• Build and support estimates using industry software.
• Review photos, docs, and job files for accuracy and completeness.
• Keep Project Managers dialed in with clean, current files.
• Manage multiple active jobs at once without losing control.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep jobs moving.
