Servpro of Monterey Peninsula is hiring a Restoration Project Manager. This role leads restoration projects and crews to deliver operational excellence, with hands-on involvement in estimating, scheduling, and client communication.

The position requires 1 year of management experience and 3+ years in the restoration industry; IICRC certification is preferred. A high school diploma/GED is required, with higher degrees welcomed, and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 1 year of management/supervisory experience required.
• 3+ years in restoration or related industry beneficial.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews.
• Lead project scope and prepare estimates using proprietary software.
• Negotiate project scope and approvals with customers/clients.
• Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and resources.
• Maintain client communication and ensure proper billing processes.
