Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum experience in mitigation and/or restoration.
• IICRC certification preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to remote job sites as needed.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to mitigation service calls and prevent further damage.
• Inspect affected areas and determine restoration procedures.
• Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and odor control.
• Document assessments, procedures, and materials for claims.
• Operate dehumidifiers, air movers, moisture meters, and thermal cameras.
• Follow safety protocols for team members and occupants.
• Communicate with customers, insurers, and team members.
• Complete daily invoices and be available for on-call work.
• Travel for extended periods as needed.
• Report to the Branch Manager and perform other tasks as assigned.
