Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mitigation/restoration preferred.
• IICRC certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Promptly responding to calls for mitigation services and taking immediate action.
• Damage Assessment: Inspecting affected areas to evaluate damage and plan restoration.
• Mitigation Techniques: Executing water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and odor control.
• Documentation: Recording all work for insurance claims and records.
• Equipment Operation: Using dehumidifiers, air movers, moisture meters, and cameras.
• Safety Compliance: Following safety guidelines to protect staff and occupants.
• Communication: Keeping customers and teams updated on progress.
• Quality Control: Ensuring work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager, Supervisor, or Project Manager.
