Job summary

United Property Restoration Services seeks Mitigation Technicians to support cleanup and restoration after water, fire, or storm damage. You will work at damaged homes and commercial sites, helping to mitigate losses and stabilize properties on location.

Responsibilities include water damage mitigation, structuring site security, on-site cleaning, and handling content processing. Candidates should be able to lift 50+ lbs, pass drug/background tests, and be available for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong customer service skills.
• Available for emergency services (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Valid driver s license with reliable transportation.
• Able to lift/move 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform water damage mitigation and microbial remediation.
• Provide structural board-up and site security as needed.
• Conduct on-location cleaning and content pack-outs/processing.
• Assist content storage and deodorization efforts.
• Follow safety protocols and document work performed.
