Responsibilities include operating dehumidifiers, air movers, moisture meters, and documenting findings to support claims. A valid driver's license and safety-conscious mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of water, fire, and mold damage mitigation techniques.
• Ability to operate mitigation equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including heavy lifting and working in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage mitigation services across residential and commercial properties.
• Perform detailed inspections to assess the extent of damage and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters to facilitate drying and remediation processes.
• Remove damaged materials and contaminants safely while following industry best practices and safety protocols.
• Document all work performed, including photographs and detailed reports, to support insurance claims and project tracking.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance representatives, and team members to coordinate mitigation efforts and provide status updates.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the mitigation process.
