Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming calls, routes and logs calls, gathers incident data, and arranges officer dispatch to the scene.
• Understands how tasks relate to others on the team and to related teams.
• Organizes and completes structured assignments (emergency/non-emergency) by priority.
• Gathers and relays information according to standard processes and procedures.
• Maintains lists and logs, preparing records and reports as requested.
• Provides solutions to problems in atypical or infrequent situations.
• Evaluates and selects solutions from established options/procedures.
• Impacts the team through the quality of services or information provided.
• Utilizes knowledge and skills to perform various job activities.
• Possesses basic knowledge of processes and procedures in own work area.
