EMPACT‑SPC is seeking a Pool Children's Rapid Response Therapist to perform thorough clinical assessments for children referred by child safety or juvenile courts. The clinician will conduct developmental screenings and coordinate long-term supports with community partners.

The role requires a Master's in Behavioral Health, crisis intervention skills, and reliability for day, night, and weekend shifts. Employment is tied to agency operations within Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health field required.
• Experience working with Department of Child Safety or AZ Children's Behavioral Health System preferred.
• Knowledge of the Children's RBHA system preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and customer service.
• Fingerprint clearance card or eligibility to obtain one.
• Valid AZ driver's license with no major infractions in past three years.
• Regular access to reliable transportation.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete a one-time thorough clinical assessment for referred children (0–18 years).
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions as needed.
• Coordinate referrals to community partners for long-term supports.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner and liaise with courts.
