La Frontera EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center seeks a Children\'s Rapid Response Therapist to join our Crisis team in Tempe. You will conduct thorough clinical assessments of referred children, including developmental screenings and environment reviews, to support stability and safety.
The role requires a Master\'s in Behavioral Health, bilingual Spanish skills, and a valid AZ driver\'s license. You will work days, nights, and weekends, with responsibilities spanning risk assessments, crisis
Qualifikationen
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health required.
- Experience with Department of Child Safety care or AZ Children's Behavioral Health System preferred.
- Bi-lingual Spanish required.
- Fingerprint clearance card or eligibility to obtain one.
- AZ driver's license with no major infractions in past 3 years.
- Regular access to reliable transportation.
- Must be 21 years old or older.
Aufgaben
- Complete thorough clinical assessment of a child referred by Department of Child Safety and/or Juvenile courts.
- Perform a developmental screening for 0-5 age children and assess home environment.
- Provide resources to support stability for the child (0-18 years).
- Complete risk assessments and crisis intervention including de-escalation and behavior management.
- Coordinate with community partners for long-term supports and complete timely clinical documentation.
