YMCA of Central Ohio is seeking a Rapid ReHousing Case Manager to support homeless individuals through advocacy and client-driven services, helping them move quickly into housing. The role emphasizes a housing-first approach, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care within a collaborative team.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week), with a salary range of $42,000 to $58,000 based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of social services in Franklin County, Ohio, and local agencies.
• Embraces harm reduction, trauma-informed care and client-choice approaches.

Responsibilities
