Job summary

The YMCA of Central Ohio is seeking a Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager to support homeless individuals by providing assistance, advocacy, and client-driven services to help them move into housing quickly.

This full-time, 40 hours/week position requires a degree (associate or bachelor preferred), 2-3 years related experience, and a passion for harm reduction and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eager to embrace a model of service delivery based on harm reduction, trauma informed care and client choice.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, advocacy, and support to homeless individuals to move quickly into housing.
• Deliver client-driven services and coordinate with community resources to maintain housing stability.
• Work in a team environment to ensure high-quality, low-barrier services.

Full Time - 40 hours/week

The YMCA of Central Ohio is seeking dedicated and passionate

candidates for our Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager Position.

Successful candidates are dedicated to working with homeless individuals

providing assistance, advocacy, and support to them as they move quickly

into housing and provide client-driven services to assist in maintaining

housing.

A successful candidate will have a passion for serving the homeless

community; embrace a housing first service model, utilizing harm reduction,

progressive engagement, and trauma-informed care methodologies in

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
