Job summary

The Salvation Army of the Twin Cities is seeking an RRH Case Manager to lead housing placement, case management, and community partnerships in a 35-hour week role in Minneapolis, MN. You will assess participants, coordinate services, and help clients move from crisis to stability.

Responsibilities include Coordinated Entry assessments, data entry, and collaboration with partners, all while adhering to program goals and mission-driven values. Strong communication and confidentiality are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Must be licensed by the state board if the degree is in social work.
• Previous experience in social services required.
• Must pass background checks and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Works with integrity, valuing honesty and diligence.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with PC, Microsoft Office, databases, and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Housing placement and partnerships to coordinate referrals and placements.
• Provide strength-based, holistic case management to RRH participants, including Coordinated Entry assessments.
• Maintain accurate participant files and complete required data entry and documentation.
• Participate in meetings and community activities supporting RRH goals and partnerships.
