Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform rapid microbiological testing in a GMP-regulated environment at the OKC night shift. You will handle microbiological analyses using traditional and rapid methods to support food safety clients.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of laboratory experience in microbiology or related regulated industries.
• Basic understanding of aseptic technique and microbiological laboratory practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing of food products using approved methodologies.
• Execute rapid microbiological methods (RMM) and associated instrumentation.
• Prepare media, reagents, and samples according to SOPs and compendial requirements.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation in accordance with cGMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness prior to release.
