Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a Speed-to-Lead Inside Sales Representative in the United States. You will call back new patient inquiries within one minute, learn callers’ hearing concerns, explain how the care team can help, and book them with an audiologist.

Many callers are older adults, so a calm, patient tone matters as much as speed. You will begin on one service line and expand to additional locations, with success measured by response time, conversations, and booked appointments that are kept.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based sales or inside sales experience.
• Warm and steady on the phone, particularly with older adults.
• Confident asking for the appointment and handling prospects who want more time.
• Organized and fast in CRM with accurate notes and lead statuses.
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet.
• Available full-time Mon-Fri on one of two shifts: 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern or 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific.
• Able to commit to this role as your only job.

Responsibilities

• Call new inquiries within one minute of an online form submission during your shift.
• Hold genuine conversations about each caller's hearing concerns and book qualified callers with an audiologist.
• Reattempt unreached inquiries with follow-up calls and text messages.
• Log clean notes and update lead statuses in the CRM after every interaction.
