Job summary

FASTSIGNS International. Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage client projects from concept to completion. You will own the operational execution pipeline, coordinating estimating, approvals, and delivery in close partnership with our top sales professional.

Success requires speed, flawless organization, and proactive problem-solving. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of fast-paced admin or project experience and strong CRM/ERP data handling skills.

Qualifications

• Organizationally strong with proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communicator who maintains client relations and meets deadlines.
• 1–3 years in fast-paced admin, account management, or project roles; HubSpot/CoreBridge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into structured files, build estimates, manage CRM/ERP data, and source permits/materials from vendors.
• Review design proofs against specs, coordinate approvals, and communicate project status and logistics.
• Manage the WIP pipeline, coordinate site surveys/installations, resolve bottlenecks, and assist with archiving and accounts receivable.
