Qualifications

• 1–3 years of fast-paced admin, account management, or project experience in signage, print, construction, or logistics preferred.
• Tech-fluent; HubSpot/CoreBridge experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into structured files and build accurate estimates.
• Manage CRM/ERP data and source permits/materials from external vendors.
• Coordinate approvals and maintain proactive communication regarding project status and logistics.
• Manage the WIP pipeline with production, coordinate site surveys and installations, and assist with project archiving.
